RISE PROJECT:
Specialist Employability Programme offering a fix term in-work traineeship for long term unemployed recovery community members from West Dunbartonshire.

We will deliver our work placements over a range of local community based initiatives namely; 
The West Dunbartonshire Recovery Community, Alternatives Social Enterprise Programmes and Phoenix Community Project.

​

The trainee posts will be offered under the following key themes;
Community Recovery Development, Food Pantry incorporating a dignified approach to food insecurity, Horticulture, Wildlife Conservation, Hospitality, Upcycling, Woodcraft, Community Development and will be underpinned by a qualification.

These posts will provide  a bridge back to work for people with history of substance misuse; 
Combining paid work with training and personal development.
