Focusing on stage 1 and 2 of the employability pipeline our flexible 'Parent Boost Pathways' has been created for parents across West Dunbartonshire area to help you plan your future career and gain excellent parenting tools and techniques.

Our toolkit includes relationship building, child development, wellbeing and self-care whilst viewing the career pathways through the parent lens.

    

With 25 years' experience, our learning programme and material has been created by parents for parents, so you will be following in the footsteps of many parents through peer led facilitation and coaching. Your programme will build connections with other local parents, introduce you to supportive local organisations, build your knowledge and information helping you recognise pathways into meaningful career progression routes including Community, Further Education and Employment Opportunities.
