Togetherall is a free, immediate wellbeing resource to help you manage and cope with the challenges you may face as an individual.

Togetherall gives a safe, inclusive online space where you can confidently share whatever maybe on your mind with others, making connections and being part of a supportive community.

Interactions are all under a unique username, giving you confidence to share, without the fear of being judged and with mental health professionals at hand to help guide and support you.

Self-assessments help understand what you are feeling and online courses, from improving sleep to managing emotions, helps you to learn coping strategies and improve your emotional wellbeing.

You can register using your postcode at https://togetherall.com/en-gb/ and the support is immediate. Togetherall has supported over 480,000 individuals globally with their mental health, from combating loneliness and improving a healthy lifestyle to depression and anxiety concerns.
