Programme Timetable

Varies, depending on individual client's support needs. A typical pattern might be 3 hours per week for 2 weeks (assessment and induction), 29 hours per week for next 2 weeks (vocational training), then 2 hours per week for a further 9 weeks (job search, work experience, pre-employment support, in-work support)

Programme Outline

A person-centred programme where you will be supported to develop a personal action plan which identifies what specific support you need to move towards employment, e.g. 
"    vocational activity to improve employability skills
"    jobsearch support, e.g. help with application forms, interviews, finding jobs online, etc.
"    sector-specific skills training
"    engage you with employers and match you to recognised employment opportunities.
"    in-work support to you help retain and sustain employment
