A 12 week training programme including a work based placement. Learners will receive specific sector skills training in Construction blending indoor theoretical training and practical, outdoor site based experiential training with innovative practices in sustainability and digitalisation of construction. This includes CSCS test and Health and Safety towards ability to gain a CSCS card. The construction training will be bookended with a programme of support to provide confidence and resilience through a number of wellbeing activities such as  goal setting, confidence building, self-regulation techniques, visualisation and conflict resolution. Learners will then undergo activities and learning in areas such as interview techniques, problem solving and CV writing, providing the skills that will assist their transition into work and ensure sustainability of employment.
