Working in an employability Key Worker / Caseload model we will offer a mix of regular one to one, group support and digital interventions. We would expect to deliver around 2 hours per week of support to each participant via this blended delivery and caseload sizes to grow to a maximum of 20 participants per Key Worker.

Our offer is across all 5 stages of the employability pipeline: Engagement in the local community, initial assessment, employability actions plans, barrier removal via 1 to 1 and group sessions.

We will also deliver vocational skills training academies for the retail, security, hospitality and customer service sectors and these will include accredited industry specific qualifications.

Job searching and matching support will be enhanced with employer engagement activities and employer presentations to participants.

Post-employment aftercare will also be included as part of our service delivery.
