Programme Outline

West Dunbartonshire Advice Service staff provide assistance to residents of West Dunbartonshire with a variety of issues relating to in and out of work benefits and debt, this includes:
 

  • In and out-of work benefit claims

  • Appeal Representation

  • Debt management assistance, including budgeting

  • Energy-related issues, including fuel bills, insulation, etc

  • Housing issues, including rent arrears, application forms, etc
